1. Getting down on your knees and begging her to take you back.
This is all too common and all too ineffective. Just think about it like this: If you do end up getting her back after bending down and begging her, how do you think she is going to see you from that point on? More often than not, it ends up making you seem a lot weaker and many times if she does end up getting back with you, she will know that she can make you do whatever she wants. So, any way that you look at it, you will end up making things worse for yourself.
2. Using other people to speak on your behalf to try and persuade her to take you back.
Things like this did not work back in high school, so they are not going to work now. Getting other people to speak on your behalf might sound like a good idea, but more often than not, it just makes things a lot more complicated than they have to be. Plus, it takes away from that "man factor" because you need to have someone else go and do your work for you. Avoid the urge to get other people to speak on your behalf.
3. Following the stuff that you see in movies and thinking that is the answer.
With a few exceptions, most of the situations that you see in movies in regards to relationships are a lot more idealistic than they are realistic. While they may write out a story that plays out the way that people wished they really played out like, you have to stay with what works in real life. When was the last time you heard of someone winning back an ex girlfriend by running through a crowded airport? It just doesn't happen like that.
